When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 9/15/2026 so we can provide an accurate headcount to our venue and caterers.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We are only able to accommodate the guests explicitly listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one, it will be noted on your invite and will appear when you RSVP online.
Are kids welcome?
Children named on the invitation are welcome!
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible by selecting 'Regretfully Declines' on the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is casual. We recommend something you feel good in and look good in!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn, and the reception will be indoors.
What will the weather be like?
Historically, in October, McAlester sees highs around 75°F and lows around 50°F. Be sure to check the forecast before packing! (But it's Oklahoma; your guess is as good as ours)
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is plenty of complimentary parking available on-site.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find your seat.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We are having an 'unplugged ceremony'. We kindly ask that you turn off your phones and cameras so you can be fully present with us. Our professional photographers will handle the rest, and we will happily share the photos later! You are welcome to take as many photos as you like during the reception.
